Isaiah Garman grew up immersed in multifamily operations and brings
hands-on ownership and property management experience into his brokerage work. He focuses on practical underwriting and investor alignment.

Trot Carey is a multifamily investment specialist focused on local market knowledge, underwriting accuracy, and long-term investor relationships across Iowa markets.
